Taiwan Day 3: Longshan temple and sunset at Maokong

The temple is crowded with the people who have faith, and also tourist people like me. We did not know when we were there that people come to this temple to get luck for love. What a shame! I mostly enjoyed with the sculpture of the temple like the dragon at the gate and the roof top. In the afternoon we travel to MaoKong and take the gondola to the mountain top to enjoy the last light of the day. The gondola has glass at the bottom so we can see the view below our feet.

After the sun go down and the star is rising, we enjoy the night market called Gongguan night market, too many delicious local street food here. What I like the most is Ge bao (เกอ เปา) which is the white bun and filled with pull pork and some pickle.
We also que up for the most famous bubble tea. This night market is not only the best place for food, but also famous about cheap shoes. I got a pair from Shilin market already, so I didn’t need more. When return to hotel, we tried Taiwan honey beer that we got sample for testing on the first day. It was ok 🍯
